  Visited Heirs and Graces with my Grandma,the hot chocolate and chocolate cake were amazing!My grandma loved her teacake.Staff were very welcoming and polite.Will be visiting again very soon!

  I think your response to my husband's comment is disgusting. We came in to your cafe and ordered 3 cakes we did not stare or be rude it was you who was making us feel unwelcome with your attitude. Yes we have a pram which was by your desk where would you want it to be left outside???? And as for the straws my daughter took 2 as we ordered two glasses of water which you made out to be a crime!!!! And then didn't bother to tell us you was charging us. I wouldn't mind if we hadn't ordered 3 cakes that in total was around £8.00. We had told you we wanted to sit outside. Judging from your other reviews not only on here but on Facebook and trip advisor. You don't like children any where near. which for blakemere is pretty poor as it's a family place. You make us feel really upset laying into our children who did absolutely nothing wrong. You HAVE NO customer service skills. You don't like children or pram in your shop. So if anyone reads this wants some advice do NOT go here as it will leave you feeling very angry and upset that someone can speak to you and you children in the was this woman did.
